APL scholarships support students interested in pursuing a career in the pork industry.

Postgraduate Research Scholarship
APL provides full Postgraduate Research Scholarships to students with an outstanding academic record and who wish to develop a career in the pork industry. APL also encourages applications from those already established in the pork industry who wish to develop their skills through postgraduate training.

Postgraduate Research Top Up Scholarship
APL provides Postgraduate Research 'Top-up' Scholarships to students with an outstanding academic record who have gained another academic scholarship. The 'top-up' program encourages these individuals to undertake their postgraduate study in an area of relevance to the Australian pork industry.

Postgraduate Industry Placement Scholarship
APL seeks to develop partnerships with industry stakeholders and academic institutions to encourage research and innovation aligned with industry needs. The Postgraduate Industry Placement Scholarship provides high calibre graduates to work on projects that will improve the industry's global competitiveness.

Proposed projects need to be aligned with APL's current R&D Priorities and all applications to be lodged through PigNet using the Research & Development Application. Referee Reports should be submitted with your application.
