Australian Pig Annual
Australian Pig Annual (APA) is an annual overview of market information and pig industry performance data and statistics with three areas of focus; pig industry structure, farm gate performance and post farm-gate statistical information about Australia's pork industry.
This data, comprising aspects of pigmeat marketing and consumption, has been collated by APL from its own sources and from others such as the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), the Australian Bureau of Agricultural Resource Economics (ABARE) and overseas sources such as BPEX and the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO).
APL produces the APA publication annually for the pork industry, and was first published in 1992.
All figures represented were correct at the time of publication.
